Refund Policy
Last updated: April 4, 2026
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions to Venova ("we", "our", "us") at venova.cloud (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
2. Merchant of record
Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates ("Paddle"), who act as the Merchant of Record for our transactions. That means Paddle is the seller of record for tax and compliance purposes and handles payment collection. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase; see Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or billing settings. After cancellation, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Canceling does not automatically refund fees already charged for that period unless a refund is granted under this policy or applicable law.
4. Refund requests
If you believe you are entitled to a refund (for example, a billing error or an issue that prevented you from using the Service as described), contact us at support@venova.cloud with your account email, transaction or receipt details from Paddle, and a short description of the issue. We will review requests in line with this policy and applicable law. Where a refund is approved, Paddle will process the reversal to your original payment method where technically possible.
For many new subscriptions, we may offer a refund if you contact us within fourteen (14) days of the initial charge and you have not materially abused the Service (for example, heavy automated usage intended to extract value without a genuine subscription). This is not a guarantee in every jurisdiction and does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
5. Non-refundable cases
Generally, we do not refund partial subscription periods after you have used the Service during that period, except where required by law or at our discretion for clear billing mistakes. Fees for add-ons or usage-based charges that have already been incurred are typically non-refundable once the underlying service has been delivered.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country or region (including, where applicable, cooling-off or withdrawal rights for digital content). If local law gives you a stronger remedy, that law applies.
7. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy for new purchases; refunds for past charges remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of charge unless law requires otherwise.
